Admissions Support Administrator - Bournemouth - Temp - £13.26 per hour A temporary Admissions Support Administrator is required for our client based in Bournemouth. This role is to join a busy admissions team and provide vital administrative support during a peak project period. What you will be doing: Managing a shared inbox and responding to applicant queries in a timely and professional manner Supporting key admissions processes such as DBS checks and Occupational Health checks Assisting with the organisation of student induction activities and enrolment processes Handling incoming enquiries from clearing applicants and providing relevant information Maintaining accurate records on the student database system What we're looking for: Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to navigate and use student record systems or similar databases Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a high volume of queries efficiently Experience with admissions processes is desirable, but a fast learner with attention to detail is equally valued Ability to follow processes accurately and work both independently and as part of a team Hours and benefits: Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:00 Immediate start available Are you interested in the Admissions Support Administrator role and would like to be considered?
