Role: Health & Safety Advisor Location: Horsham, Surrey Salary: £30,000 - £35,5000 attractive benefits package Sector: Property & Real Estate WRG is supporting one of the South Easts largest and most successful independent property groups, with their recruitment for a Health & Safety Advisor, you will oversee a diverse portfolio spanning residential sales, lettings, land and new homes. They are now looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Advisor to support and enhance the health and safety culture across the Group. Based at the Head Office in Horsham, this role will involve regular travel to offices and sites across the South East. You will act as a key point of contact for health and safety matters, providing practical advice, guidance, and support to managers and employees, while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities Provide competent health and safety advice across the business Conduct risk assessments, audits, and workplace inspections Review and maintain health and safety policies and procedures Investigate incidents and accidents, producing reports and recommendations Support managers with compliance, training, and safe systems of work Deliver health and safety training where required Monitor legislative changes and advise on best practice Liaise with external bodies, contractors, and enforcing authorities when necessary About You NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) essential Previous experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role Strong working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels Practical, solution-focused approach Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Full UK driving licence (travel required) What We Offer Starting salary up to £35,500. 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays.
