Role Overview: Reporting to the Marketing Director and managing a small team of two within the marketing department. You will be a hands-on manager guiding the team to manage the company's full marketing mix to support SME customers' marketing and communication efforts for the company's product portfolio. Responsibilities include managing retention campaigns, branding, and working collaboratively with senior leadership to steer strategy and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns with support from agencies and internal teams.
* Manage and nurture a small marketing team of 2 Executives.
* Develop and execute campaigns to support SME customers in promoting products.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on marketing strategies.
* Create marketing briefs.
* Maintain customer mailing lists using CRM Salesforce.
* Plan customer communication schedules (newsletters, Ads/PR, mailings).
* Create eNewsletters.
* Oversee online presence.
* Brief creative agencies.
* Advise on marketing activities, budget, and online marketing.
* Support sales initiatives.
* Coordinate new product introductions.
* Organize events and exhibitions.

Experience Required:
Seeking a Marketing Manager with broad experience supporting retention, product nurturing, and brand management, along with team management experience.

Remuneration & Benefits:
Salary is based on experience, ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, with a 20% bonus, up to 10% pension contribution, 26 days holiday, and 6x life insurance.
