Head of Operations - What does the job involve?
The Head of Operations is responsible for world-class manufacturing operations, working collaboratively with the senior leadership team to demonstrate our passion for the business, prioritize customer satisfaction, and achieve business success through operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, overseeing production, planning, machine maintenance, and workforce engagement.
Hours of work:
37.5 hours per week.
* Dayshift: Monday to Thursday 8.15am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 1.00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Responsibilities include:
* Driving operational performance to maximize profitability and efficiency.
* Establishing a culture of continuous improvement supporting the Senior Operating System.
* Translating strategic plans into operational goals and challenging teams to meet them.
* Ensuring adherence to production schedules and delivery commitments.
