The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Religious Education Cover Supervisor to join our team immediately. This is a full-time, long-term role, providing consistent classroom support across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in line with the curriculum, managing behaviour, and ensuring students remain motivated and focused.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and deliver Religious Education lessons as directed by the class teacher.
* Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.
* Support students’ learning and well-being during lessons.
* Follow school policies and procedures consistently.
* Provide feedback on student progress and behaviour as required.
Person Specification:
* Experience working in a school environment is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to engage and motivate students.
* Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently.
* Passion for supporting young people in their learning journey.
