Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager Folkestone, Kent £ Nursing PIN ESSENTIAL Well respected & small care provider require a Clinical Lead / Deputy Ideally someone who has worked as a Deputy or Clinical Lead previously This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic care provider who will support the development of your career. The service provides specialist dementia and end of life nursing and residential care. The Nursing Home Manager is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with leadership experience as a deputy manager or Clinical Lead to help support them in the day to day running of the home and staff management. The Head of Nursing will also oversee clinical compliance, medication management, change in care plans, development of clinical care and staff training. The Home Manager is looking for a Clinical Lead with; a valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN), a background in dementia care, 3 years nursing home experience and good communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and training of nursing staff • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and infection control procedures • Attending management meetings • Supervising nursing staff & helping to develop their skills • Developing care plans • Maintaining compliance standards About You: • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with current NMC PIN. • Confident leader with excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. • Previous experience in a senior nursing role within a dementia or elderly care setting. • Experience in recruitment / induction / training / appraisals • Strong understanding of dementia care best practice. • Passionate about delivering person-centred care and driving continuous improvement. • Ability to manage rotas and support ongoing staff development What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
