Responsibilities
1. Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects.
2. Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on their needs; prepare bidding documents.
3. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation.
4. Maintain client relationships and explore their needs and information.
5. Collect and analyze technical requirements of local markets, transforming them into competitive product demands.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical, automation, or related fields.
* Familiarity with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems.
* Experience in microgrid energy storage system development; familiar with grid-forming PCS technology.
* Knowledge of development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions.
* Priority to candidates with 3+ years of experience in energy projects (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.).
* Ability to read and understand technical specifications and papers in English; proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
* Strong user needs analysis and customer relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.
