About the Role:
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of cutting-edge B2B products in the voice, data, or UCaaS space.
You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to create solutions that solve real customer problems and add long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the product roadmap and strategy for a defined portfolioCollaborate with technical and commercial teams to bring new products to marketDrive product lifecycle management from concept to launchConduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform decisionsDefine KPIs, monitor performance, and iterate based on dataSupport go-to-market planning and post-launch enhancements.
About you:
Proven experience in Product Management within telecoms, SaaS, or B2B techStrong commercial acumen and ability to balance customer needs with business goalsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in Waterfall and Agile environmentsStrong understanding of business tools like Confluence / Jira / TrelloExperience with UCaaS, SIP, or connectivity solutions (advantageous)
