The Role:
* Lead and manage the installation of steel structures across international sites
* Oversee the full site installation process in line with CDM Regulations and company safety standards
* Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality
* Implement and uphold company policies for health, safety, environmental compliance, and installation procedures
* Act as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery
* Work closely with senior project and engineering teams to achieve the highest standards on every project
* Regular global travel to project sites with occasional visits to the UK head office
The Person:
* Ex-forces background with a construction or engineering focus
* Proven experience installing steel structures, bridges, or similar large-scale projects
* Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and on-site health and safety compliance
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* Willingness to travel internationally and work on complex, challenging projects
