Pupil Access Business Support Officer Grade 5
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Business Support Officer to enhance our established, friendly and supportive team and to contribute to the key work of the Education and Children’s Directorate.
This is a permanent post working 5 days per week supporting the East Pupil Access team based at Lancashire House, Enterprise Way, Accrington, BB5 0FL. You will provide outstanding support to operational staff, managers, internal and external partners and members of the public.
You could be experienced in administration or looking to build on previous experience – this is an excellent place to do so.
What We Are Looking For
Passion – You will be passionate about delivering an outstanding service, getting it right the first time, asking for support when needed and building on the skills you have developed elsewhere.
Knowledge and Experience – Ideally you will have experience working in an administrative setting with knowledge of Microsoft packages and databases.
Great Communication – You will engage with and provide advice to managers, families, members of the public and the rest of the team on a daily basis, so clear communication and active listening are crucial.
