As a Host, you will be the face of our
restaurant, responsible for providing a warm and inviting welcome to all our
guests.
Responsibilities:
* Greeting guests with a friendly and inspirational manner
* Building effortless relationships with guests to ensure a personalised
dining experience
* Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
* Coordinating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow
* Handling guest inquiries and providing detailed information about the
menu and services
* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the
hosting area
* Assisting in creating a memorable and enjoyable dining experience for
all guests
What you Need:
* A keen willingness to work as part of a dynamic team
* Experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential
* Excellent customer service skills
* A passion for detail and commitment to excellence
* Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
