Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies. Assisting with learning activities, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour support. Encouraging independence, confidence, and social interaction. Creating a calm, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children with additional needs in a primary school or similar setting. A patient, caring, and adaptable approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. A genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
