8. Contribute to the design and enhancement of data warehousing and reporting platforms used for regulatory reporting.
9. Collaborate within an Agile or Scrum framework, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and reviews to ensure timely delivery of reporting products.
10. Work closely with stakeholders across regulatory, risk, finance, and technology functions to clarify requirements and resolve data or reporting issues.
11. Promote and support robust data quality controls, highlighting issues and working with technical teams to remediate data gaps or inconsistencies.
12. Foster a collaborative, empathetic team culture by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and documentation.
Essential Skills
13. Strong SQL literacy, including a solid understanding of joins, aggregations, transformations, and data quality considerations.

15. Demonstrable ability to define and validate detailed data requirements and transformation rules for reporting or analytics use cases.
16. experience translating regulatory or business requirements into clear, actionable product and data specifications.
17. Strong documentation skills, with experience producing audit‑ready requirements, controls, and process documentation.
18. Hands‑on experience with data warehousing concepts and reporting platforms.
19. Familiarity with XML and JSON schemas and their use in defining report outputs.
20. experience working in Agile or Scrum environments as part of cross‑functional delivery teams.
21. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
22. A collaborative, empathetic approach and strong team‑player mindset, suited to a supportive and established team culture.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

24. Background in environments with strong regulatory, reporting, or audit requirements.
25. Exposure to product‑led approaches to reporting and data platforms.
26. experience contributing to complex data platform or regulatory change programmes.
