About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and committed Primary School Teacher to join our friendly and inclusive school in Rotherham. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring teacher to deliver high-quality learning experiences and make a positive impact on pupils’ academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum
2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
3. Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
4. Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and EAL
5. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
8. Experience teaching in a primary school setting (ECTs are welcome to apply)
9. Strong subject knowledge across the primary curriculum
10. Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
11. A passion for education and a commitment to raising standards
12. The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
