Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Park School, Chipping Norton, OX7 5QH
Salary: £31,650 - £43,000 per annum (not pro rata) dependent on experience and qualifications
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term-Time Only
Start: October 2025

About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time on meaningful and engaging learning experiences for pupils. You will teach small classes of pupils with varied and complex needs, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning styles. You will design and deliver creative, flexible, and inclusive lessons, and work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to meet each child’s needs. You will contribute to pupils’ social, emotional and personal development and play a key role in maintaining a strong safeguarding culture. You will support pupil voice and enable learners to take an active role in their education. This role is challenging, rewarding and offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children’s lives by building confidence, independence and a love of learning.
Responsibilities
* Teach small classes of pupils with varied and complex needs, tailoring teaching approaches to individual learning styles.
* Design and deliver creative, flexible, and inclusive lessons that capture imagination and progress.
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including support staff, therapists, and pastoral colleagues.
* Support pupils’ social, emotional and personal development in addition to academic outcomes.
* Maintain and contribute to a strong safeguarding culture; ensure pupils feel safe, respected and supported.
* Foster pupil voice and involvement in learning decisions.
