🔍 About the Role
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will design and deliver blended learning programmes that make a real impact on the quality of care delivered. Working closely with teams across the Scottish Highlands, you will:
Deliver engaging training across mandatory and specialist subjects
Lead learning interventions from design to evaluation
Use data insights to tailor regional training needs
Support a network of regional facilitators
Champion digital learning through a new Learning Management System
Support strategic projects that develop talent and best practice
✅ About You
We’re looking for someone with:
S/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience)
Significant experience in health and/or social care
Strong ICT and digital learning skills
A passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others
A full driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
Desirable but not essential:
Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. Level 4 AET, PTLLS)
Assessor qualifications (e.g. TAQA, CAVA)
Experience in older people’s or supported living services
E-learning content development skills
