An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Electrician to join an Estates team within a busy hospital environment.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems across our hospital premises on a temp to perm basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of electrical equipment and systems.
* Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns.
* Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and electrical standards.
* Working collaboratively with other members of the Estates team.
About You:
* You will be a fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations).
* Proven experience in electrical maintenance, ideally within a large commercial or industrial setting, with hospital experience being highly desirable.
* A good understanding of health and safety practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
