Overview
Store Assistant (Fulfillment) - Brighton. You will help create a memorable shopping experience for customers, working across departments to support customers in finding the best solutions for life at home. You will be focused on fulfilment tasks such as picking and packing online orders, preparing deliveries, and ensuring smooth flow from shelf to shipment. This role involves a positive, customer-first approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
* Provide an inspirational shopping experience for customers across departments, helping them find the best solutions for life at home.
* Learn the stories behind products and sharing this with customers, with a curious approach to product range and design.
* Support sales by keeping areas clean, fully stocked, properly priced, well presented, and easy to shop; some products may involve heavy lifting.
* Fulfilment tasks including picking and packing online orders, preparing deliveries, and ensuring smooth flow from shelf to shipment.

Requirements
* Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential; a positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to work across different areas is important.
* Customer-first mindset and the flexibility to work in different areas each day.
* Computer literacy and the ability to work with technology.
* Good prioritisation, organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Competitive hourly rate of £13.25 per hour. Working hours: 24 hours per week over 4–5 days, including day shifts, evenings, and 3 in 4 weekends. Flexibility to match life and business needs during the interview may be discussed.
