We’re looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our Out of Hours Customer Team, based at Osprey House, E4 8TD.
About the Role
Joining our team, you’ll be responsible for handling high volumes of calls, liaising with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to schedule appointments. You will ensure that future jobs are scheduled to meet our contractual Service Level Agreements and avoid false promises. You will excel in dealing with residents, using various communication methods including telephony and email.
Using our in-house system, you’ll actively schedule available operatives and subcontractors, discuss complex repairs, manage demanding customers, and address service failures, all with the goal of instilling customer confidence.
About You
Candidates will have the following:
* Experience in Social Housing and Repair & Maintenance.
* Effective communication skills with operatives, subcontractors, and residents.
* Basic knowledge of building maintenance and the ability to undertake various maintenance tasks.
* Planning skills to sequence or undertake works concurrently.
* Ability to prioritize works and manage jobs within targets.
* Good written English skills.
* Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
* Passion for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
