As a Finance Analyst based in our Warwick office, you will be responsible for: Leading financial reporting across the Plumbing & Heating Division, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement through tools like Power BI and Summit. Managing key commercial processes, including customer rebates, sales team account tracking, and cash till commission reporting. Delivering financial insight and reporting for our Showroom operations, supporting performance visibility and decision-making. Championing continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives across the division. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8.00 – 5.00 pm, working 2 days a week from home. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Part-qualified or fully qualified in ACCA or CIMA. Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to interpret complex financial data. Adaptable and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
