Location: Orpington (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Role
* Work alongside Account Executives to retain and develop commercial accounts.
* Negotiate new business and renewal terms with insurers, ensuring competitive and accurate coverage.
* Prepare documentation for new clients, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.
* Ensure all client records and policy information are accurate and compliant.
* Attend client meetings and contribute to relationship management at a senior level.
* Manage day-to-day client queries, renewals, and amendments efficiently.
* Mentor and support junior team members, helping drive high service standards.
* Keep up to date with FCA compliance requirements and market trends.
What We're Looking For
* Solid experience in commercial insurance broking (broker or insurer background).
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
* Confidence in managing key relationships with clients and insurers.
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example.
* Analytical and problem-solving capability with a proactive approach.
