I’m supporting an established digital agency that partners with clients across the trade and construction sectors. They operate a strategy-first approach, blending technical SEO with creative marketing to deliver measurable growth. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a talented SEO Manager to join their collaborative, ambitious team.

THE SEO MANAGER ROLE
As the SEO Manager, you’ll take the lead on delivering data-driven SEO strategies that support your clients’ business goals. You’ll be responsible for audits, keyword research, content optimisation, technical improvements and reporting — while working closely with internal teams to execute cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.
You’ll present strategies and results confidently to clients, champion SEO best practice across the agency, and contribute to refining internal processes and methodologies. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves SEO and enjoys staying ahead of industry trends.
SEO MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
* 3+ years’ hands-on SEO experience, ideally within an agency
* Proven ability to deliver successful SEO strategies across varied industries
* Strong client-facing skills with experience managing relationships
* Proficient with Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console, GTM and tools such as Ahrefs/Majestic/SEMrush
* Strong understanding of technical SEO principles (crawlability, indexing, site architecture, performance)
* Excellent time management, able to manage multiple projects
* Confident using Word, Excel and PowerPoint to present data
* Solid understanding of HTML is a bonus
