Job description
We have a variety of positions available including full‑time, part‑time and guaranteed hours, based in our office in Birmingham, Solihull and surrounding areas. The role may require working alternative weekends, but you will receive days off during the week to rest.
The Person
* You need to be enthusiastic, reliable, committed and have an outgoing personality.
* Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Flexibility and the ability to work alternate weekends are required.
* Applicants must have a full driving licence and access to their own car. If you do not have a licence, you must have completed a care certificate previously or have worked in a care role.
The Company
We offer full training to refresh your skills or to start a new career. Flexibility in working hours is available to suit your lifestyle and commitments. Mileage is paid between customer visits, and you will receive a generous annual leave entitlement of 28 days.
Our competitive pay rates range between £12.71 and £13.00 per hour. We support progression through ongoing training such as NVQs and always seek to promote internally.
