We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team within the Food Packaging division. This role is central to driving profitable growth through structured pipeline management, commercial performance visibility and data-driven decision support.
You will partner closely with Sales and senior commercial leadership to strengthen commercial processes, improve conversion performance and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders up to Board level.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
1. Analyse customer and product performance to identify opportunities for profitable growth
2. Drive pipeline improvement and acceleration, from lead generation to measurable sales impact
3. Monitor commercial performance against business plans, highlighting risks and supporting corrective actions
4. Partner with Sales teams to enhance commercial excellence capabilities and best practices
5. Streamline reporting processes and deliver clear, executive-ready insights
6. Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic commercial decision-making

What We’re Looking For
10. Experience within B2B Commercial Excellence environments
11. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insight
12. Confident engaging senior stakeholders in an international environment
13. Strong knowledge of business intelligence and visualisation tools (Power BI mastery is a plus)
14. Experience integrating data across ERP systems, business warehouse environments and customer relationship management platforms (Salesforce integration experience is a plus)
15. Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
Industry experience in packaging is welcome but not essential.
