Protek Secure Fire are looking to employ an enthusiastic Office Adminstrator for their busy office. Must be able to work on own initiative along with being a team player and able to work in a fast paced office environment. The main roles will include but not limited to
Duties
Data Input
Order processing
Creating quotations
Answering the telephone
Other general clerical duties include photocopying, filing and emailing.
Experience -. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Applicant must of good computer skills and knowledge of relevant software, knowledge of operation of standard office equipment, knowledge of principles and practice of basic office management.
