We are now recruiting a
Registered Manager
who can provide both
strategic direction and visible operational leadership .You will take ownership of your service and be accountable for its quality, culture and compliance
supported by an experienced infrastructure but trusted to lead with autonomy.
This is not a passive oversight role.It is a position for someone who understands the realities of running services day-to-day
someone who can balance warmth with authority, empower teams while holding standards, and ensure that every decision made is right for the individual receiving support.

£45,000 per annum (DOE)

What the Role Involves
Leadership and Culture:
Build a motivated, capable team through clear supervision, coaching and accountability. Lead by example and create an environment where staff feel valued and responsible.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee rota planning, incident response and coordination across locations
stepping in with hands-on support where needed to maintain consistency and safety.
Safeguarding and Governance:
Act as the safeguarding lead, ensuring concerns are escalated, recorded and resolved. Lead complaints investigations with full
duty of candour
adherence.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain high-quality documentation, care plans and audit trails. Ensure full compliance with
CQC Fundamental Standards ,
Mental Capacity Act ,
Best Interest decision-making
and
medication governance .
Financial and Resource Oversight:
Monitor and manage individual service budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively while upholding quality.
Stakeholder Relationships:
Develop constructive partnerships with families, Local Authorities, ICBs and case managers. Represent the service professionally at reviews, MDTs and commissioner meetings.
What You Bring
Proven experience leading teams in health or social care.
Confident understanding of governance, safeguarding and regulatory expectations.
A leadership style that combines
professional integrity with genuine compassion .
A commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
