Position: Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (Part-Time, 2–3 days per week, with potential to go full-time)

Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible across 2–3 days per week)
Salary: £153 – £187 per day (through Pink Tile, inclusive of holiday pay)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist looking for a role where your skills can have a lasting impact? We are seeking a part-time SALT to join our welcoming SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school near Horsham. This specialist school supports children and young people aged 5–18 with SEMH and Autism.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with students, staff, and families to help unlock communication potential and support wider learning and life skills.

What We're Looking For
* A qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC registered, or in the process of registration).
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEMH, Autism, or special education settings.
* A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach.
* The ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff, support assistants, and families.
* Commitment to helping students achieve their communication and language goals.
Key Information
* Days: 2–3 per week (with flexibility and potential to increase to full-time).
* Contract: 60-working-day temp-to-perm (you remain in the same setting).
* Pay: £153 – £187 per day (inclusive of 12.07% PAYE holiday).
* Start Date: ASAP (we can wait for notice periods).
