Bar Manager – Iconic Brighton Site - £37,500
This Bar Manager's role is for a one-of-a-kind business in Brighton with many exciting things happening in one venue.
I am seeking a Bar Manager to run an iconic venue in Brighton. This role is ideal for a creative Bar Manager who wants the freedom to bring in new suppliers, create new menus, and be proactive in the offering. This site has much to offer under one roof, including 2 permanent bars split across 2 floors, a private cocktail room, private dining, unbeatable outside space, and seasonal pop-up bars. You will be part of an 8-strong management team overseeing 100 staff.
Strong knowledge of cocktails and high-volume experience is key for successful applicants.
