Trainee internal sales manager

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for aTrainee Internal Sales Managerfor a permanent role on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing company based in Basildon.

Duties and responsibilities:

* Assisting the sales team in achieving targets.
* Processing orders, quotations, and invoices.
* Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
* Supporting internal communication between sales and other departments.
* Managing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction.
* Following up on leads and maintaining relationships with clients
* Monitoring sales metrics and generating reports.
* Analyzing market trends to suggest improvements
* Undergoing training in sales techniques, leadership, and management.
* Learning company products, services, and operational processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
