Advanced Practitioner Assessments - Hybrid - Up to £54,253
NonStop Care is working with a well-established local authority in the East Midlands to recruit an experienced Social Worker for their Assessment team as an Advanced Practitioner. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting assessments and a commitment to providing diligent service to their clients.

Key responsibilities include:
* Undertaking assessments to identify the need for early help
* Providing targeted early help services to address assessed needs of children
* Supporting the Team Manager with supervision and case delegation
* Mentoring less experienced social workers with training and case work

Minimum requirements:
* A degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England
* A valid driver’s license
