Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management and coordination of bids and marketing materials
* Support the Ridge North offices with key submission and marketing administration
* Help to write and compile bids for tender submissions, coordinating with the Marketing Team, Team Assistants, Partners, and Bid Leaders
* Compile presentations and brochures including graphical material that is easily decipherable
* Share and gather office news to communicate internally and externally
* Help to maintain our library of model submissions and project case studies
Experience and Skills Required
* Well organised with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently
* Experience in the preparation of bids/submissions in the construction industry
* Strong time and project management skills
* Working knowledge of social media platforms including creating dynamic and engaging content
* A high level of interpersonal skills and a strong ‘can do’ attitude
* Outstanding written communication skills and attention to detail, including proofreading documents
* Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with managers and external clients
* Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to a vibrant and thriving office
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
* IT proficiency; InDesign and Open Asset experience would be a plus, but training will be provided
