Tier 2 Main Contractor covering New Build Projects in the Residential, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Community & Leisure Sectors ranging from £2m - £20m are looking to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor for a £20m New Build, 111 Units Flats/Houses, Part RC Frame / LWS Frame scheme over 3 Blocks.
The role will include Subcontract Procurement, Measurements, Variations, Subcontractor Payments, Valuations, Final Accounts, Etc and reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Candidates will have a stable, proven track record in Quantity Surveying in Main Contracting, and be looking for career progression and development
