Junior Insight Analyst – Creative Agency

A digital-first creative agency is seeking a Junior Insight Analyst to join its Strategy & Planning team. The role focuses on using data and cultural insights to shape creative work for major clients, with a particular focus on cosmetic and fmcg brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse social and digital data to uncover audience insights and inform creative strategy.
Monitor emerging social trends and suggest ways for brands to engage with them.
Report on campaign performance and extract learnings for future optimisation.
Audit brand and competitor content to identify opportunities.
Support the growth of the agency’s insight capabilities.
Requirements:
Strong interest in digital culture and human behaviour.
Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and performance reporting.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
1+ years’ experience in a similar role (ideally agency-side).
Willingness to explore new tools and data sources.
