About the Role We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Sessional ESOL Lecturer who can inspire our learners 16 – 18 and adults to achieve their full potential. We recognise that our lecturing staff are integral to the success of the College and student achievement. The right candidate may be supported to complete additional teaching qualifications through progression within the sessional role. This will include a basic toolkit of teacher training techniques and will encourage you to develop the skills needed to be effective in the classroom. This role will involve planning and providing high quality teaching, as well as taking shared responsibility for the administration of a range of courses and level delivered throughout the provision.
