A well-established Montessori-inspired nursery is looking for a passionate and dedicated early years professional to lead their 0–2 room while supporting the smooth running of all age groups across the setting. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, candidates should have: A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) Substantial experience as a Room Leader in a medium or large nursery setting Proven ability to manage and motivate staff members A genuine passion for child development and inclusive practice Excellent communication and organisational skills A flexible, team-oriented attitude – must be available to work on Fridays Please note: candidates from smaller settings without team leadership experience may not meet the current needs of the nursery.
