We’re looking for an experienced Solar PV Project Manager or Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial and industrial renewable energy projects across the UK.
This is a key role within a growing renewable energy business, where you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end Solar PV installations, supporting the transition to low‑carbon energy across commercial environments.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Managing the full lifecycle delivery of Solar PV and renewable energy projects (design through to commissioning)
* Overseeing multiple concurrent projects across commercial and industrial sites
* Acting as the primary client interface, ensuring excellent stakeholder and customer management
* Coordinating EPC delivery, including subcontractors, site teams, and internal engineering functions
* Managing project budgets, cost control, and programme timelines
* Leading health and safety planning, RAMS, and compliance across sites
* Supporting grid connection processes, permits, and DNO applications
* Working closely with design teams on technical specifications and system layouts
* Ensuring high‑quality project documentation and handover packs
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within Solar PV, Electrical, Construction, or Renewable Energy projects
* Strong understanding of commercial solar installations, electrical systems, or infrastructure delivery
* Experience managing multiple projects and site teams simultaneously
* Confident in budget management, reporting, and programme delivery
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations within construction or energy environments
* Experience working with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
* PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence
Candidates from electrical contracting, utilities, M and E, or renewables backgrounds are especially encouraged.
