We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced MU Manager to lead and manage a team within the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 12 staff across various roles, including purchases, sales, logistics, warehouse, customer service, and general management.
Oversee and set clear targets for the sales team, including 3 regional sales representatives (North, Central, and South).
Drive business growth by conquering new markets within the underrepresented PPE sector.
Grow annual turnover beyond £5 million and support the performance of field sales teams.
Conduct market monitoring and actively seek new development opportunities.
Split responsibilities between field presence (50%) for team supervision, business development, and operational management (50%), with P&L responsibility.
Role Structure:
Territory: UK & Ireland
2 days per week in the office
3 days per week in the field
Compensation Package:
Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience- we will talk about what you are looking for
Company car, mobile phone, and laptop provided
Profile Sought:
5–7 years of professional sales experience in PPE
Minimum of 2-3 years in team management and P&L responsibility
Proven experience in the PPE sector (mandatory)
Strong passion for sales and business development within the PPE industry
Excellent leadership, listening, and organizational skills
Autonomous, results-driven with a focus on growth and market expansion
