Distribution Account Manager – South Coast 🌊
Are you a commercially minded account manager who enjoys building strong customer relationships and growing business opportunities?
We’re working with a fantastic marine business looking for a Distribution Account Manager to join their team and help drive growth across their global distribution network. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, developing partnerships, and being at the heart of commercial success. You’ll take ownership of key distributor relationships, help strengthen brand presence, and identify new opportunities in an exciting international market.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing and developing key distributor accounts across a global customer base
Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact for customers
Working with the Sales Manager to deliver growth strategies and achieve targets
Managing pricing, quotations, margins, and commercial negotiations
Holding regular reviews with distributors to understand performance and future opportunities
Identifying new business opportunities and helping expand the distribution network
Working closely with internal teams to deliver the best possible customer experience
Representing the business at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events (including some international travel)What we’re looking for:
You’ll ideally have experience in account management, distribution, OEM, or technical sales, with a good understanding of managing customers in a B2B environment.
You’ll be someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and making things happen. Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be key.
Marine industry experience would be a bonus but the right attitude, customer focus, and drive to grow accounts are what really matter.
