We are urgently looking for people with behaviour management backgrounds to support young people across Sefton and Liverpool. Particularly in the Bootle and Southport. Your role will be working in a classroom setting often on a one-to-one basis with a young person under the guidance of a teacher. We are looking for people who have experience working with young people in any setting particularly those with experience of challenging behaviour and young person's mental health. Classroom training will be provided. The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to: Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils across KS3 and KS4. Help deliver personalised learning and behaviour strategies. Support pupils' social and emotional development.
