Role Description
This is an on-site, temporary role for a Customer Care Administrator located in Deeside. The Customer Care Administrator will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service. Daily tasks include responding to calls and emails, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction is also essential.
