The Opportunity:
We are partnering with a highly successful, fast-growing multidisciplinary building compliance consultancy. Over the last five years, they have scaled rapidly and established a market-leading reputation. Now, they are launching a brand-new, standalone Project Management Consultancy division.
They need a driven Head of Operational Delivery to build this new division from the ground up.
We are looking for someone with a \"Day 1 mindset\" - an ambitious project professional ready to roll up their sleeves, deliver exceptional work on the ground, and transition into scaling their own team.
What You Will Do:
* Start Hands-On: Take immediate ownership of delivering early-stage, high-profile remediation programmes, setting the gold standard for operational excellence.
* Leverage a Warm Pipeline: Deliver third-party project management services for complex, compliance-led remediation projects (passive/active fire, façade, and structural safety).
* Build the Function: Transition from hands-on delivery to department leadership, scaling and managing a dedicated team of specialist Project Managers.
* Shape the Strategy: Work directly with the Managing Director to shape the commercial strategy, driving profitability and creating a differentiated PM offering.
Who We Are Looking For:
This role is perfect for a Senior Project Manager, or Delivery Lead looking for their big step up into a \"Head of\" role.
* Experience: You have a strong track record in project management consultancy, perhaps having led a small team or mentored juniors, and are hungry for full leadership responsibility.
* Sector Knowledge: Experience working in compliance-led or regulated environments - building safety, fire compliance, cladding/façade remediation, or structural safety.
* The Right Attitude: You are entrepreneurial, highly commercial, and perfectly comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced, \"build from scratch\" environment.
