The Role
You’ll take ownership of a patch of residential developments across Acton, Southall, and Northolt, delivering both shared ownership and private sale units.
This is a fast‑paced, high‑responsibility position suited to someone confident working independently across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage new homes sales across multiple developments
* Drive performance across shared ownership and private sale
* Deliver an exceptional customer journey from enquiry to completion
* Work closely with marketing teams to maximise lead conversion
* Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline management
* Ensure show homes and marketing suites are always presentation‑ready
* Support launch activity and campaign delivery
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in new homes sales (Senior Sales Advisor level preferred)
* Strong knowledge of shared ownership
* Ability to manage multiple sites independently
* Confident running the full sales cycle with minimal supervision
* Highly organised, driven, and commercially aware
* Ready to hit the ground running
Package
* £120 - £127 per day (+ holiday pay)
* Equivalent to £31,000 - £33,000 basic
* £4,000 performance bonus (OTE)
* Rolling contract with strong potential to extend
Working Pattern
* Monday to Friday + regular Saturday working (essential)
* Time off in lieu for weekends
* Hybrid model:
o On-site across developments
o Remote working
o 1-2 office days (typically Mondays)
