Our client is recruiting for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to support in residential care homes and supported living services across the Deal area. They require someone who can commit to multiple shifts, providing continuity.
Please note the following requirements to proceed with your recruitment:
* DBS – Child and Adult workforce – must be on update service
* 6 months UK paid experience in the role of Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant within the last 3 years
* Proof of right to work in the UK
* CSTF accredited practical training (Only)
This role is ideal for Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers seeking new opportunities, working up to full-time hours on a flexible basis. You can choose your available days, whether early shifts, late shifts, long days, or weekends. The employer understands the importance of work-life balance and works around your flexibility.
Shift patterns vary from 8-2, 2-8, 8-8 long days, and wake nights.
If on sponsorship, the employer will contact your sponsor to confirm and will require a full CoS.
Pay rates for Healthcare Assistants range from £13.68 to £18.00 per hour (including holiday pay), with increased rates for some bank holiday shifts.
