We are delighted to be advertising for the position of Personalised Learning Centre Coordinator to join our dynamic and inspirational Inclusion/Pastoral team, at our school in the heart of Yorkshire. This permanent role is perfect for an experienced school professional looking to advance their career and make a real difference.
Role
You'll be instrumental in supporting our incredible students, fostering a culture of success, and helping them develop a positive attitude toward learning. This crucial role focuses on:
* Creating individualised learning plans to help students overcome barriers and transition back into the classroom.
* Driving student progress in attainment, social, and emotional development, ultimately increasing their life chances.
* Managing and analysing data to track student progress and inform support strategies.
* Coordinating positive behaviour management and praise initiatives.
We are looking for an organised, proactive individual with excellent communication and administrative skills. You'll work both independently and as part of a supportive team, collaborating with Senior Leadership and teaching staff.
Within this role you will support the Senior Leadership Team, teaching staff and inclusion team in managing the personalised learning of our students via the Academies Policies and Procedures. You will be required to log, track and analyse the data to provide reports from our on-line system, experience of these tasks will be a benefit. You will also coordinate positive behaviour management and praise, the reflection room and effectively support our students who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning in order to develop their potential.
