The ideal candidate combines hands-on on-set production experience with strong technical skills in IT, networking, and media systems, and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure creative environments. * Troubleshoot and repair production hardware/software (Apple & Windows devices, monitors, wireless systems, recording devices)
* Diagnose and resolve network and storage issues on the fly to avoid downtime
* Monitor system performance, applying updates and repairs as required
* Work directly with DITs, camera teams, and sound to ensure data integrity and workflow continuity
* Travel regularly to studios, production offices, and filming locations across the UK, Europe, and other international sites
Post-Production Support
* Assist in setting up editing suites, color grading stations, and post-production environments
* Manage media migration and archiving in compliance with delivery specifications
* Troubleshoot and resolve post-production technical issues in coordination with editors, colorists, and vendors
