Deliver high-quality creative across lifecycle campaigns while building a strong foundation in CRM thinking, design systems, and platform-aware execution.
Success looks like work that is clean, consistent, on-brand, and easy to build, with growing confidence in both craft and thinking.
Pillars of the role
1. Campaign design and execution (50%)
* Design campaign assets across email, in-app, push, and landing pages
* Translate briefs into clear, engaging creative
* Apply strong fundamentals: hierarchy, spacing, typography, consistency
* Design with platform constraints in mind
* Ensure files are clean and ready for build
2. Collaboration and delivery (25%)
* Work closely with strategists, developers, and senior creatives
* Prepare Figma files for clean handover
* Take feedback and iterate quickly
* Manage multiple briefs and timelines
3. Design systems and consistency (15%)
* Work within existing design systems
* Maintain consistency across campaigns
* Contribute improvements to components and templates
4. Growth, learning, and experimentation (10%)
* Build understanding of CRM journeys
* Learn how data influences creative
* Stay curious about tools and AI
* Support simple creative tests
What this role is not
* Not just production. Thinking is expected.
* Not responsible for full design system ownership.
* Not expected to lead strategy or workshops.
* Not isolated from building and coding.

Core skills and experience
* 4–6 years in digital design
* Strong visual design fundamentals
* Experience in Figma
* Exposure to email or CRM is a plus
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
Braze certifications
Required in the first 30 days
* Braze Practitioner certification: core platform understanding and campaign fundamentals
Recommended further learning
* Email Composition Fundamentals: compose emails efficiently in Braze
* In-App Message Fundamentals: speak directly to users with in-app and in-browser messages
* Personalise Your Messages with Liquid: use Liquid to dynamically insert personalised data into campaigns
Nice to have
* Exposure to Braze or similar tools
* Basic HTML and CSS
* Experience with design systems
* Interest in AI tools
What success looks like
First 30 days: Deliver campaign assets, learn workflows, and complete the Braze Practitioner certification.
60 days: Deliver independently, work within systems, and complete further Braze learning.
90 days: High-quality work across clients, contributing improvements to systems and templates.
