The role of Bank Care and Support Assistant will include:
1. Delivering sensitive care and expert support to our customers
2. Encouraging resident integration and inclusion into the community
3. Promoting a positive culture by engaging with residents to prevent social isolation
4. Promoting safe practices and undertaking risk assessments
5. Managing and implementing safeguarding principles to ensure the safety of our customers
6. Sleep-ins (as and when required)
7. General cleaning and cooking
8. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records
Skills and experiences:
9. Personalised approach to care, ideally with experience of working in a similar, care related role
10. Enthusiastic and flexible with a strong “can-do” attitude
11. Strong organisational skills as well as functional literacy and numeracy
12. Ability to react quickly to changing priorities whilst working to deadlines and targets
13. NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
