The Role
We are looking for a talented and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking high‑quality meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to menu development.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
* Ensure food hygiene and safety regulations are followed
* Assist with stock control
* Work efficiently during busy service periods
* Contribute ideas for menu improvements and specials
Requirements
* Previous experience as a chef or cook in a pub or similar environment
* Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
