A great opportunity for a temporary German-speaking Team Assistant to join a boutique private equity firm, with an immediate start. The role is based in the office full-time in Mayfair, supporting up to 15 people including their team based in their German office, but from London. Previous experience with managing diaries is needed and must be fluent in German, both written and verbal. This is an ongoing temporary role until at least mid-December. Hours are 9am-6pm, but flexibility will be required if there are earlier meetings to prepare for or last minute changes. Hourly rate is £15-£17/hour, depending on experience. What you'll do: Support a team of up to 15 people Use German language skills with employees Book international travel including flights and accommodation Manage diaries proactively Front of house - meeting and greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms, setting up VCs, etc. Work in a fast-paced environment Who you are: Previous experience managing a diary Fluent in German - both written and verbal Previously worked in private equity, financial services or professional services Confident working in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Flexible and adaptable Excellent written and verbal communication REF: JC122653 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
