Job Description We’re looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to lead a team of QC Operatives within our fast paced warehouse environment. You’ll play a key role in safeguarding product quality, ensuring exceptional standards for our customers, and supporting continuous improvement across the operation. Working closely with the QC Section Manager and wider Warehouse Leadership Team, you will drive performance, support cultural change, and ensure our quality and safety expectations are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop QC Operatives, including regular 1:1s and performance reviews. Ensure QC tasks are completed accurately and efficiently to meet operational demand. Monitor and improve shift performance in line with QC and warehouse KPIs. Champion a safety‑first culture through inspections, hazard spotting, and compliance activities. Review weekly labour plans and ensure shift coverage meets operational requirements. Collaborate with Warehouse Leadership and cross‑functional teams on QC priorities and projects. Promote continuous improvement, engagement and positive culture across your team.
